Our Process

At Cadre Asset Management, we believe that a thorough planning process is essential for long-term success. That's why we have a structured approach in place for both estate planning and financial planning, consisting of the following five steps:

Meeting

Meeting

This is an opportunity for us to get to know you and understand your estate and financial goals and objectives. Simply put we want to have a secure understanding on how we can help so that we can deliver on every measure of your needs.

Planning

Planning

We conduct a detailed analysis of your estate planning needs as well as your financial situation and develop a customized plan to help you achieve your goals. We believe a focus on this planning process is what enhances our client relationships and helps us demonstrate through educating you how to achieve results that give you peace of mind.

Analysis

Analysis

We carefully analyze your financial situation to identify pathways toward success and potential issues hindering your progress. We use an Advisor – Client – Committee approach meaning we bring a committee of professionals to the analysis allowing us to carefully consider your situation through the lens of a myriad of credentialed professionals

Proposal And Approval

Proposal And Approval

After completing the planning phase, we present a proposal for your approval and educate you on why the solutions tie back to fit your objectives.

Asset Allocation

Asset Allocation

If you choose to move forward, we will allocate your assets in a way that aligns with your financial plan and it will be explained how every aspect ties back to the importance of what goals you have laid out.

When we work with you, the most important element is that we take the time to understand your individual needs and circumstances in order to develop a plan that is tailored to you. We also will not engage in planning until you are completely ready and have appropriate documentation and materials ready to go.
